Raj tumbled sandstone walling is a new addition to our walling range that would go perfectly with our tumbled raj patio packs. This is the same as the raj walling but the blocks have been put through a tumbling process. This process smooths the edges to create an aged appearance perfect if you are wanting more of a rustic old-town look to your garden area. Please note the thickness is not calibrated and varies between 55-75mm, 65mm on average.

PLEASE NOTE, the picture shows all the possible colours you can potentially get in a single crate but as with any natural product, the colour you receive is luck of the draw. You may get a crate that is mostly all green, you may get a more brown-coloured stone, and you can even get a green-grey colour. Sadly it is not guaranteed you will get a mixture of all colours.

  • Tumbled bricks give off a charming aged look and will compliment our tumbled raj sandstone paving.
  • A mixture of warm colours, greens, browns, and greys will blend into any garden beautifully.
  • High-quality Indian sandstone will look just as good as it ages.

Sandstone is a sedimentary rock that is most often composed of quartz sand, although sometimes they can be formed of feldspar. Sandstone is one of the most popular stones for garden paving, this is due to its strength, durability and also the different types of finishes and natural colours that it has meaning that it can be adapted to suit any type or style of garden.

You can get Sandstone paving with a variety of different surface finishes. One of the finishes you can get with sandstone is a riven finish, this finish gives the stone more of a textured, rustic look. This type of finish is the first finish you get from the natural stone once the stone is sheered apart. This process occurs when the stone is originally cut from the block and sheered apart and thus giving a riven finish along the vein of the rock.
